Shipping policy
Ocean Case Co. Ltd. ships your standard orders within 3 - 5 business days of receiving the order. We only ship currently in Canada and all orders have free shipping. We will ship to the address listed on the order invoice and we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. The customer is responsible for ensuring all details of the order is correct, as we cannot make any changes after the order has been processed. We are not responsible for custom, duties, taxes or lost packages.
